Ranil Wickremesinghe, Minister of Special projects Hon Felix Perera, Minister of Christian affairs Hon John Amaratunga, Chief Minister of UVA province Hon Harin Fernando, State Minister of Children’s affairs Hon. Rosy Senanayake. The event was presided by the Bishop of the INA DIOCESE.
